Lots Going On at the Moment
and I wanted to tell you a little bit about everything!
So my kids have officially started school again which means that I have the house to myself for at least 8 hours every day. This means that I have been cranking out content. Reading, scripting, filming, editing - I have my busy britches on.
Let me tell you a little bit about some of the stuff I’ve been working on!
I posted my July Reading Recap and discussed the 9 books I read in July (no spoilers)
I also posted an informative little video about our book club in case you - like many folks - had no idea we even had an actual book club!
Bindery sent be a delightful book box in the mail including the first 4 publications that are coming out this fall! I filmed an unboxing of that AND my first ever bookish subscription box, Evernight.
Speaking of Bindery, let’s discuss the exclusive content I have been making for my Bindery/Patreon people.
Members received early access to both the reviews for Hunting Adeline by HD Carlton and Cold Sweat by Vera Valentine. Part 1 of Hunting is out now, so is Cold Sweat. Part 2 will be out soon but the Patreon/Bindery folks will get it even sooner!
Aside from early access, some tiers get access to reading vlogs. I documented my time reading The Dark One and Their Vicious Darling by Nikki St. Crowe, leading up to the final rant reviews. I also did this for the first half of Hunting Adeline. I also popped a few lifestyle vlogs just to shake things up and give people a little more insight into who I am aside from books.
Another perk of signing up for Bindery/Patreon is the access to Unhinged Bible Study. This is a series where I make my way through the christian bible adding critique, posing questions and making jokes along the way. It is pretty chill and a lot of fun.
